Introduction to Stage & Screen Programme & Abracadrama Terms and Conditions:

 

Scope of work: The Talent Co agrees to provide the following services;

 

• 8x 1 hour classes of dramatic performance & acting-to-camera tuition

 

For all of the Talent Co services under this Agreement Customer shall pay the sum of $300 upon booking ($200 for Abracadrama students)

 

The Talent Co warrants the Services will conform to the Scope of Work listed above. If the Services do not conform to the above description, the Talent Co shall be responsible to correct the Services without unreasonable delay at its sole expense and without charge to Customer. This warranty shall be the exclusive warranty available to the Customer. The Customer waives any other warranty express or implied.

 

The Customer acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for the results obtained by the Customer on the Services. Customer waives any claim for damages.

 

The Customer grants The Talent Co the right to reference the Services or Customers name and image for promotional purposes and/or to cross link it with other Services offered by the Company.

 

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the scope of services.

 

No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both of the parties hereto.

 

For the duration of the course, the Customer releases The Talent Co from liability and agrees to indemnify it and hold harmless it’s employees, representatives and agents from personal injuries, loss or damage to property arising from activities undertaken at The Avalon Annexe, the Avalon Rec Centre, the Avalon SLSC, and the Avalon Art Space. 

 

By enrolling in the programme, the Customer agrees to comply with the rules and regulations set by The Talent Co and the safety provisions established for this activity.
