ABOUT US

The Talent Co is an innovative coaching collaboration led by Toni Pearen and Raelee Hill.

With a combined 50 years experience and a passion for performance, The Talent Co will provide young actors with first-hand on-set knowledge and critical industry understanding.

Toni is a successful actress, singer, and presenter with a career spanning over 30 years. In 2020, she was cast in the hugely popular I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here series for Channel 10. 
 
Toni's television credits include Home and Away, Out of the Blue, JAG, E-Street, A Country Practice, and playing the role of Tilly Devine in an episode of Crime Channel's Tough Nuts. Toni also made a guest appearance in Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg's The Pacific.
 
She has had roles in the Australian feature films All Men Are Liars and On The Dead Side as well as on the US production Colin Fitz Lives!
 
Toni has also appeared on stage with the Perth Theatre Company's Stories From Suburban Roads and at Brisbane's Lyric Theatre Return to the Forbidden Planet.
 
As a presenter and personality, Toni was the host of the hugely successful Australia's Funniest Home Videos for over four years and then took to the floor in Channel Seven's Dancing with the Stars. Toni has hosted numerous television programmes including Red Music Television, Video Smash Hits, Coca Cola Take 40 and also featured in Celebrity Circus and Abbamania (Nine Network).
 
Toni's early music career saw her release four singles and an album titled Intimate through Mushroom Records.
 
Her teaching experience includes teaching roles at NIDA, AFTRS, and The Sydney Drama School. 

Raelee is an accomplished film and television actress with a career spanning 30 years, most recently appearing in the drama series After the Verdict for the Nine Network.

She has been contracted as a permanent cast member in 4 Australian television series and one American series. Her television credits include Water Rats, Blue Heelers, Packed to the Rafters, Neighbours, Rescue Special Ops, Farscape, My Brother Jack, Paradise Beach, Shark Bay, Blue Water High, BackBurner, Horizon, Lost World, and Beastmaster.
 
In 2019, Raelee was cast in Peter Rabbit 2. Her other feature films include the female lead in both The Final Winter and Long Road to Heaven, and her recent short-film credits include Prehension for the Sydney Film School, Breath, En Passant, and Seven Years for the AFTRS. In 2020, she was cast as the lead in the AFTRS masters short film, Sunset Country. 
 
Her theatre experience includes playing the role of Wendy in the multi-million dollar Jim Henson production of Pan at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney.

Her recent television credits include Janet King, Home & Away, and Event : Zero, and she performed for the 2017 Sydney Festival in You, Me, And The Space Between at the Seymour Centre.
 
Raelee has been invited to Los Angeles several times where her wealth of onset experience has made her a vital panel member at various entertainment and science fiction conventions.
 
Raelee has also been invited to work with some of Australia's leading casting directors throughout their auditioning processes and has been an integral part of hundreds of actors' auditions for both Australian projects and American pilots and films.
